What's Inside The Box?
You will need an IQOS device to get started. The newest IQOS model and the most advanced is the DUO 3. It's smaller, discreet, and has a larger battery, so you don't have to recharge it between uses.
Your Starter Kit will contain the following:
- The IQOS 3 DUO holder: This is the main device – We'll soon explain how it works!
- The DUO 3 pocket charger: these compact case powers up your IQOS between uses, so it's always on the go.
- You will need a cleaning brush and ten sticks to keep your DUO3 in tip-top condition.
- A charging cable and power adapter
Charging IQOS 3
It is worth checking the level of your battery in your pocket charger. This essential kit will keep your IQOS device charged and ready to go. Tap the button at the top, and a led strip will light up, indicating how much battery life remains.
You'll find two small LED lights above the pocket charging strip. These lights indicate the current charge of your IQOS holder device.
Two glowing lights indicate that it is fully charged and ready for use. One light means that it's ready for use.
Your holder needs to be charged if it does not light up. The IQOS Pocket Charger holds enough power for 20 uses on a full charge!
How To Switch On IQOS?
You are now ready to insert your HEETS tobacco sticks! Remove the charger from your iqos Marlboro and insert a HEETS cigar stick into the holder.
The HEETS stick is set when the silver line reaches the top. Inserting the HEETS stick should be done carefully.
Next, hold down the activation key for 2 seconds. You will notice the LED light slowly flashing and a single vibration. It indicates that your device has begun to warm up.
Once you are ready, your IQOS will vibrate, and the lights will glow solid.
How To Inhale?
You can start your IQOS experience by gently inhaling the HEETS filter's tip into your mouth. The button does not need to be pressed or held down as you inhale.
How long does each HEETS last?
Each HEETS Stick is designed to last 14 puffs or 6 minutes, depending on which comes first. The IQOS device vibrates and shows pulsing lights after two puffs or for 30 seconds.
The HEETS stick will be discarded after this point. HEETS sticks are non-replaceable. You must dispose of the old one and put in a new one.
How To Clean IQOS 3 Duo?
Be sure to let your IQOS Holder cool before you clean it. Your device should be allowed to cool for 30 seconds.
- Turn the device upside down and slide off the holder cap. Tap the holder with your index finger a few times to get rid of loose tobacco.
- Place the IQOS cleaning brush into the holder. The heating blade can be fragile, so don't twist or force it. Don't add more pressure if there is resistance.
- Once the tobacco is fully in, twist the cleaning device a few more times. Tap the holder several more times to get rid of any remaining tobacco.
- Please remove the cleaning stick from its package and gently clean any remaining tobacco or residue. Avoid the heating blade.
